I'm an Italian jewellery designer, from Napoli. I studied fashion design at 'Politecnico of Milano'. Meanwhile I attended various jewelry courses at the 'Scuola Orafa Ambrosiana' in Milan. After the studies I went to have a work experience in London, working for a young and talented jewellery designer, this gave me a first idea of how the small jewellery businesses works and I learned many things about it.
After some travel around the world, it was time to start her own project. When she moved to Lisbon in 2020 she decided to start her own brand 'Marechiaro Jewellery'. Marechiaro is a seaside little spot in Naples, the place where she used to go to find piece and where she developed a deep connection with the sea. Her jewellery are inspired to the sea and the nature and the amazing shapes and textures of it.
I started to make jewelry at 13yo with paperclips an glue. From there I always knew I wanted to be a jeweller.

Timeless Elegance: Crafting Durability and Memories
Each piece of jewelry is made with Sterling silver and, sometimes, semiprecious stones. Silver ensure a durability of the piece and does not tarnish over time, so you can wear your jewelry all the time, fill them with memories and possibly accompany you all your life. It's a material that can always be restored and reused.

Creativity process and comfort pieces
My creativity process is completely spontaneous, I don't sketch or project, but every piece is just the result of sitting on the bench and experimenting with shapes and textures. I always keep in mind the comfortability of every piece.
